With Guardian Bus’ Union Meeting already scheduled, we were called upon to help our brother Local 225 (Grey Lines Bus Corp.) in Manhattan when an outside union petitioned for a representation vote which will be held this Friday. So we sent our representatives and I am happy to report that there was a strong show of support by TWU members from all area TWU Locals!

Local 252’s Aflac representative will have open enrollment hours at Aflac Office September 24th 8:30am – 1:30pm, 3pm – 7pm located at 4250 Veteran’s Hwy Suite 1015 West, Holbrook , N.Y. 11741 across from airport.
Aflac will be attending October union meetings to answer questions and enroll anyone who can’t make September 24th.
- The TWU Veterans Committee will once again support Operation Military Embrace’s annual “Operation Free PX” drive, which collects clothing, household items and funds for wounded warriors recovering at San Antonio Military Medical Center in Texas
